  I do not want to waste anybody's time. The last time prior to my recent visit in early April 2015 was a year + ?? ago. I had issues with my knees and salivary glands (dry all the time) .I was asked to have a blood test + Xrays on both knees. Approx 7-10 days after the Xray I rang in after 2pm to enquire as to whether the blood test and Xray results were in. I was told yes and as it was not "Urgent" was given the next available appointment 8th May 2015 at 3.20pm ( two plus weeks on) On the 8th I arrived at 3pm and was told that I did not have an appointment. I was also told that there was a doctor on sick leave that day and was about two rebook me in some 2 weeks on. I have now seen a doctor the next working day and have accepted an apology from them. I walked out as it will have taken me close to 6 weeks just to get an understanding of what was wrong with me.
